Recharge Road provides electric vehicle charging solutions across the UAE. Our services include access to charging stations, real-time availability updates, and a mobile application for managing your charging sessions.
To access certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Users agree to use the charging stations in accordance with all posted instructions and safety guidelines. Recharge Road reserves the right to terminate service to any user who misuses or damages our charging equipment.
Users agree to pay all fees associated with the use of our charging services. Fees may vary based on location, time of use, and membership status. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time with appropriate notice.
Recharge Road shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Recharge Road shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
